NiCE IT Management Solutions is a 25 years mature Systems Management ISV in Germany who is growing rapidly. Their sales, engineering and support team requires access to SAP systems for testing and product demo worldwide.

When they approached local SAP partners in Germany about setting up multiple SAP environments, their cost and time estimate failed to meet NiCE's business requirements. It would take the traditional service provider weeks to set up an R&D and demo lab.

NiCE required the environment up and ready in days.

AWS and Partner Solutions:

OZSoft proposed an AWS environment with pre-configured SAP systems via SAP Cloud Appliance Library. OZSoft offered rare competencies in both SAP and AWS to quickly design, implement and support SAP on AWS, while at the same time provisioning the systems in the Central European region close to the customer's existing headquarter.

Results/Benefits:

Within a few days, the design and deployment of several SAP systems including ERP as well as Business Warehouse (BW) on SAP HANA were completed ahead of schedule and budget. Documentation and AWS monthly cost estimates were delivered, then OZSoft transitioned to support NiCE by monitoring and managing SAP on AWS in a virtual and flexible application service provider (ASP) model.
